Agar aap Class 11th, 12th, B.Com ya CA foundation ke student hain, toh aapne ek baat zaroor suni hogiโ"Accounts ka base Golden Rules par tika hai!"
Chahe aap kitni bhi complex balance sheet solve kar lein, jab tak aapke basic Debit aur Credit ke rules clear nahi honge, tab tak Journal Entries mein galti hone ke chances bane rehte hain. Is blog mein hum ekdum aasan Hinglish mein samjhenge ki 3 Golden Rules of Accounting kya hain aur inhein daily life ke examples se kaise yaad rakhein.
๐ก Pro Tip: Golden Rules ko rattna nahi hai! Pehle dekho ki transaction mein kaunsa Account Type involve hai, fir rule apply karo.
3 Types of Accounts & Their Golden Rules
1. Personal Account (insaan aur Organizations se jude accounts)
Yeh rules un accounts par apply hote hain jo kisi vyakti (person), company, bank ya firm se jude hote hain (Jaise: Rahul's A/c, SBI Bank A/c, ABC Ltd A/c).
Meaning: Jo pa raha hai (Receiver) use Debit karo, aur jo de raha hai (Giver) use Credit karo.
Example: Paid โน5,000 to Rohan. Yahan Rohan Receiver hai, toh Rohan A/c Debit hoga.
2. Real Account (Assets aur Properties se jude accounts)
Yeh rules business ke assets, cash, furniture, machinery ya land jaisi physical aur non-physical property par lagte hain.
Meaning: Business mein jo cheez aaye use Debit karo, aur jo business se bahar jaye use Credit karo.
Example: Purchased Furniture for โน10,000 Cash. Yahan Furniture business mein aaya (Debit) aur Cash bahar gaya (Credit).
3. Nominal Account (Expenses, Losses, Income aur Gains)
Jinka koi physical existence nahi hota balki woh business ke kharche (expenses), nuksaan (loss), kamai (income) ya munafa (profit) se judi hoti hain (Jaise: Rent, Salary, Interest, Commission).
Meaning: Saare kharche aur nuksaan ko Debit karo, aur saari aamdani/faide ko Credit karo.
Example: Paid Rent โน2,000. Rent humara Expense hai, isliye Rent A/c Debit hoga.

| Account Type | Debit (Dr.) | Credit (Cr.) |
|---|---|---|
| Personal Account | The Receiver | The Giver |
| Real Account | What Comes In | What Goes Out |
